Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at thelunaandlaurelco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and we will gladly replace or refund the affected item at no cost to you.
